Osteopathy and cranial osteopathy to help reduce your stress levels, enhance your health and well being: You don't have to be in pain to benefit from Osteopathy. Osteopathy is a hands on holistic therapy that works with the whole of you. A treatment can be deeply nurturing - supporting your innate healing process, helping your body restore and maintain optimum health and balance. Many people use osteopathy to promote relaxation and well being.
About myself My own journey began with personal involvement in meditation, healing arts, bodywork and movement therapies. My osteopathic work continues to be informed by these influences. The body and mind are deeply interwoven, and I find that osteopathy is a helpful means of accessing and working with this bodymind connection. The act of being present with and ‘witnessing’ another can in itself be healing and support the body's innate capacity to rebalance. I work effectively and with sensitivity, using a blend of traditional osteopathic and cranial techniques, according to what you need.
