The practice was established on the island in 1994. At the Brook Natural Health Centre, we have built a good reputation for providing effective and honest treatment.

The most common problems that we see are neck and low back pain, as well as sciatica. However, we also treat problems that affect the other joints of the body, including shoulders, elbows, hips, knees and the smaller joints in the hands and feet. Other conditions that we have had success in treating include; pain and stiffness associated with common arthritic conditions and problems associated with pregnancy and following childbirth. Osteopathic treatment is safe and can be beneficial for patients of all ages, from the new-born into old age.

We are recognised by HSA, PPP AXA, BUPA and most other insurance companies. We are often referred patients from local G.P.s but you do not need to have a G.P. referral to visit an osteopath.

We are open Monday to Thursday from 9am until 8pm, Fridays from 9am until 6pm and Saturday mornings from 9am until 1pm. We have partial disabled access and ample parking at the front of the clinic.

About the practitioners:

Sebastian graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in 1998, after a four-year full time Degree course. He has completed various post-graduate courses focusing on different treatment approaches and techniques, one of which lead to an interest in acupuncture. As a result of this, Sebastian embarked upon and completed a three-year Degree course in Traditional Chinese Acupuncture at the London College of Traditional Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. He graduated from the college in September 2007.

Elise graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in 1994, after a four-year full time Diploma course. As well as treating the problems listed above, Elise has a special interest in the treatment of pregnant women, new mothers, babies and children. She has completed several post-graduate courses in these areas and is currently studying with the Sutherland Cranial College, which will lead to further qualification.

Should you require any advice or information about your problem, please do not hesitate to contact us.
