Sarah believes that the body functions according to its state of health and well being. By improving this state, the body functions more effectively. As a result, pain and stiffness should be reduced and less likely to recur.
Sarah develops a unique treatment plan for every patient, and employs a variety of techniques including mobilisations, manipulations, soft tissue (massage style) techniques, hydrotherapy advice, visceral osteopathy, exercise prescription, dietary assessments, hydrotherapy advice, and relaxation advice.
In her spare time, Sarah volunteers as a Guide Leader, and recently received an award in recognition of her five years of service as an adult leader within the organisation. |
