Sara is one of a handful of practitioners in the UK fully trained in osteopathy, cranial osteopathy and acupuncture. She has been practising for over 10 years treating all ages from newborns to the retired.

Her style of treatment is to combine and adapt her techniques to the needs of the patient. The aim is to achieve the best results in the quickest time. Treatments consist of hands on work, advice and support in all aspects of healthcare.  Particular areas of interest include family health. Her passion is getting mums and babies back to health after difficult pregnancies and childbirths.

She completed her 3 year acupuncture training at the renowned College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading. Later she graduated from the excellent Oxford Brookes University, with a First Class Honours Degree in Osteopathy, a 5 year course.  She has completed post-graduate training in obstetrics, paediatrics and ergonomics.

Outside work her interests are yoga, getting out in the fresh air and having as much fun as possible. She is the mother of two lively boys and lives in Oxford with her husband.
