I have been practicing as an osteopath since 1993.

I ran a general clinic in Hertford and worked with a GP's practice up until 2000. I had ten years of experience in running a specialist clinic at the Active Birth Centre in London, treating women, children and babies with health conditions related to pregnancy and childbirth. I also spent three years working at the Osteopathic Centre for Children in Harley Street within the field of paediatric osteopathy.

In 2000 I relocated to West Wales and provide osteopathic treatment for a wide range of conditions. Common conditions treated are back pain, sciatica, neck pain, headaches arising from the neck, migraine prevention, osteoarthritis, hip, knee, wrist, elbow and shoulder problems and conditions related to pregnancy, child birth, babies and children.

The practices in Carmarthen and Rhydlewis are open 3 days a week. I am recognised with BUPA and P.P.P.
