More Information

As a Registered Osteopath treating adults using the structural approach, I am also a fully qualified cranial osteopath, having undertaken comprehensive postgraduate training in  cranial osteopathy.  However, my special interest is in babies and children, and I hold the Postgraduate Diploma in Paediatric Osteopathy (DPO), having successfully completed a 2 year course which involved working at the Osteopathic  Centre for Children, a charity that treats children from newborns to teenagers for a wide variety of conditions, and also in the neo-natal and children's wards of Barnet Hospital, working with premature babies in the intensive care and neonatal unit as part of their team of Flying Osteopaths.  I work closely with local health visitors and midwives, frequently delivering talks to antenatal and mother and baby classes.  I have extensive experience of treating a broad range of childhood conditions, varying from fractious and colicky babies, plagiocephaly and glue ear, through to cerebral palsy and autism, and many other learning difficulties including AD/HD and dyspraxia.  (further information available on my website)

Osteopathy is also beneficial in relieving discomfort during pregnancy, helping with associated symptoms such as morning sickness, heartburn, constipation, and symphysis pubis disorder.  I also hold mother and baby checks.

Conditions such as tinnitus, trigeminal neuralgia, migraines and asthma can all be helped using osteopathy, as can jaw, knee and foot problems, frozen shoulder, arthritic stiffness, and of course pain from injury.

My Bold Street practice is conveniently situation in Warrington Town centre, just off the main Sankey Street and close to parking and the bus station.  I also work from Guardian Medical Centre, which is situated not far from the town centre at the rear entrance to Warrington Hospital grounds.
