About me I have more than ten years experience as an osteopath, I usually treat people, everybody from babies to the elderly, using 'Cranial Osteopathy', which actually treats the whole body from head to toe using a range of gentle techniques which do not involve thrust techniques. I treat a wide range of conditions, here are the most common; neck pain, upper and lower back pain, shoulder pain, elbow and arm pain, wrist and hand pain, trapped nerves, hip pain, knee pain, ankle and foot pain, sleeping difficulties, asthma, pain during pregnancy. If your problem is not here please ring and ask. At your first consultation I shall take a detailed case history including the cause of your problem, how long you have had it, what makes it better or worse and any investigations you have done, I will also ask you about your medical history and examine you. You may be asked to undress down to your underwear for the examination and to undertake some simple movements like bending and turning. All my consultations last up to an hour.
