More Information Dorothy Griffiths has been in practice for 28 years. In 1999 she set up remedy Centre for Health, the first and largest complementary health centre in the area. Dorothy is committed to continuing professional development and is currently Chairman of the Northern Counties Society of Osteopaths. She is a past president of the British Osteopathic Association and was pivotal in uniting the professional bodies pre Statutory Regulation. Dorothy is national coordinator for Cosset, the professions helpline and does regular training in listening skills with the Samaritans. She is a Regional Osteopathic Careers Officer for the British School of Osteopathy. Dorothy treats all types of musculo-skeletal disorders and enjoys a good relationship with General Practitions and will refer when necessary. As well as her main prtactice in Preston, Dorothy works one day a week in Longridge. |
